I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer that had metastasized to my liver in November 2020. When I was told, “You have cancer,” I didn’t get angry, sad or disappointed. Instead, I looked at this as an opportunity to learn and see what was next for me. The lessons am learning, the people who are showing up, and the opportunities that are presenting themselves are a gift. It’s the cancer gift I want to share with you.

Read about lessons I’ve learned, people I’ve met, and inspiration I share about having cancer.

Stay tuned for the upcoming podcast where you can hear conversations with other cancer patients, survivors and thrivers about diet, alternatives, mindset, support and much more.

Catch weekly updates and short takes on my progress, how I’m feeling, what I’m learning and anything that happens to be on my mind.
